Our clinic is led by Dr. Alex Borodyanskiy, a board-certified pulmonary and sleep medicine specialist. Dr. Borodyanskiy has received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and his medical degree from Northwestern University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Borodyanskiy went on to complete his fellowships in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Stony Brook University in New York. During sleep medicine training there, he received advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders of both children and adults, spanning the age of patients from nearly newborns to over well in their 80s and 90s. He has since worked in critical care across numerous states and institutions before settling down in Miami. And with the advent of TeleHealth, the clinic is able to reach even those farther away. He is also highly experienced in treating patients with complex pulmonary and sleep disorders and is skilled in using the latest diagnostic and treatment techniques, including personalized CPAP therapy and advanced surgical procedures.
As a board-certified sleep medicine physician, Dr. Borodyanskiy is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of sleep medicine. To achieve this, he regularly attends pulmonary and sleep medicine conferences, where he has the opportunity to learn about the newest research, techniques, and treatment options.
